Marcelo Perez

Marcelo Perez has diverse experience in the field of operations and merchant services. Marcelo is currently working as the Merchant Services Support Lead at ResMan Property Management Software. Prior to this, Marcelo worked as a Fraud Analyst at Fiserv EFT in 2019. Marcelo also served as a Credit Card Processing Specialist at Interstate Hotels & Resorts in early 2019, where they were responsible for converting existing hotels to different processing platforms and ensuring correct account and gateway setups. From 2013 to 2019, Marcelo worked as an Operations Manager at First Merchant Consultants, LLC, where they managed various operational tasks and was involved in sales support and account management. Marcelo also served as an Operations Manager at Bancard Payment Systems from 2000 to 2013, where they managed operations, sales offices, and handled escalated calls from tech support. Marcelo's earlier experience includes working as a Systems Administration Manager at Certified Merchant Services from 1999 to 2000 and as a 3rd Party at Chase Paymentech from 1996 to 1999.

Marcelo Perez began their education at Bryan Adams High School, where they earned their diploma from 1990 to 1994. Marcelo then attended Remington College from 1996 to 1997, where they pursued a degree in Business. In the same year, they also took some college courses at Richland Community College.
