Charles Lu has extensive experience in the field of investigations within the healthcare industry, currently holding the position of Manager - Investigations for Respiratory Care at ResMed since August 2016, where previous roles included Supervisor and Team Leader in Quality Assurance, as well as Mechatronic Engineer. Prior to ResMed, Charles served as a Teaching Assistant at The University of Auckland and worked as an Assistant Product Development Engineer at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare. Charles holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering and both a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechatronics and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance from The University of Auckland. Furthering professional development, Charles completed a Negotiation Mastery program at Harvard Business School Online in 2022.
