David Klassett

David Klassett is a privacy and data protection attorney with extensive experience advising senior management across various organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director and Head of Privacy Assurance at ResMed, David has previously held notable positions, including Associate Director of Privacy at Illumina and Assistant General Counsel at Roku Inc. They have also worked as Executive Director and Managing Counsel for Privacy at Syneos Health, and Senior Counsel for Privacy and Information Security at Fandango. David holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor's degree in Consumer Economics and Housing from Cornell University.
