Frederic Varnieu

Frederic Varnieu currently serves as the Director and Head of Global Privacy Technology at ResMed, a position held since October 2009, with prior roles including Director of Privacy Europe and Data Protection Officer for CIL. Varnieu's extensive background in IT and data protection includes leadership positions such as Director of Healthcare Informatics Europe and IT France Director, as well as experience as Europe IT Infrastructure Manager. Prior to joining ResMed, Varnieu worked at Patheon as the European IT Infrastructure Manager and at HOECHST MARION ROUSSEL LIMITED as an Automation Project Manager and developer. Varnieu holds a Master’s of Law (LLM) in Data Protection Management from Isep - École d'ingénieurs du numérique and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology from La Mache.
