Luc Chen

Luc Chen is a seasoned strategic sourcing and procurement professional with extensive experience in IT and technology services. Currently, Luc serves as the Strategic Sourcing Manager for IT at ResMed, achieving significant cost savings of approximately $7 million within a year. Prior to ResMed, Luc spent a decade at TELUS, where notable achievements included leading a high-performing IT Outsourcing procurement team managing an annual spend of $470 million, and developing procurement strategies for IT infrastructure and global services exceeding $100 million. Earlier roles at Viking Air, Celanese, and Schneider Electric further solidified Luc's expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and contract negotiation, underpinned by advanced academic qualifications including an MBA focused on logistics and supply chain management from Arizona State University and a Master’s degree in International Business from Université Pierre Mendès-France.
