Mike Carr is a seasoned professional in CX insights and strategy, currently serving as the CX Insights Manager at Resmed since 2025. They have extensive experience in customer planning and research management, having held the role of Group Customer Planning & Research Manager at The Star Entertainment Group from 2023 to 2025.
