Paul Thomson

Paul Thomson currently serves as the EMEA People Shared Services Leader at ResMed since 2020. Previous experience includes the role of HR Services Lead Northern Europe at Syngenta from 2016 to 2019 and various positions at Unilever UK Limited from 2000 to 2015, culminating as Head HR Service Delivery Operations. At Unilever, significant achievements include building an in-house recruitment team that reduced costs by 75% in the second year and leading the strategic outsourcing of HR services. Additional roles at Unilever involved managing IT infrastructure for multiple sites and overseeing IT service delivery for Calvin Klein. Prior to Unilever, Paul served as a National Account Manager at DiverseyLever. Paul holds a BSc Honours Degree in Business & Information Technology from the University of Kent.
