Song Xia

Song Xia currently serves as Senior Manager for Master Supply Planning and Global Production Planning at ResMed in Singapore, leading the production planning team for a facility that produces 80% of the company's global finished goods. Previously, Song Xia held multiple roles at British American Tobacco Singapore, including Factory Scheduling Manager and Production Engineering Manager, where leadership in production planning and process improvement was demonstrated across a wide array of products and markets. Earlier experience includes manufacturing and quality engineering positions at Schlumberger and an engineering role at Shenzhen Airlines, focusing on aircraft maintenance and defect analysis. Song Xia holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Certificate in Data Science and Analytics from Singapore Management University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
