Stanley Alphans

Stanley Alphans is currently the Director, Global People Shared Services Delivery Lead at ResMed, where they focus on pioneering innovative healthcare solutions. Previously, Stanley served in various leadership roles, including Director of APAC HR Shared Services at AIG Shared Services from 2012 to 2016 and HR Shared Services Leader, APAC at Kimberly-Clark from 2016 to 2019. Stanley's earlier experience includes directing operations at Chartis Technology & Operations Management and managing a global HR service center at ACS from 1998 to 2010. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from the University of Tasmania, completing their degree in 2005.
