Thomas Gora

Thomas Gora is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance, business processes, and instructional design. At ResMed since December 2011, Thomas serves as the Manager of Global Ethics and Compliance, guiding healthcare regulations and compliance documentation. Prior roles at ResMed include Senior Business Process Analyst, where responsibilities involved identifying compliance risks, and Senior Instructional Designer, where a variety of training materials were created. Before ResMed, Thomas worked as an Independent Contractor, focusing on product marketing and communications. At Micro Focus, experience included leading a team of technical writers as Documentation Manager and developing marketing collateral as Product Marketing Manager. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Colorado State University.
