Saif Abdali is an experienced HR and Talent Architect with over 18 years in designing and leading HR functions across various sectors, including Defence, Oil & Gas, and Education. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment at ResModTec, Saif directs large-scale manpower supply projects, driving end-to-end recruitment operations and optimizing talent acquisition strategies. Previously, they held key HR roles at organizations such as Al Sahraa Recruitment Services and Beaconhouse Education, where they focused on strategic HR initiatives, government relations, and legal affairs. Saif holds an MSc in Psychology from Lincoln University College, further enhancing their expertise in organizational psychology and human capital management.
