Sam Debord

Sam Debord is the Chief Executive Officer of RESO, the Real Estate Standards Organization. Sam has over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry, including seven years as a Senior Loan Officer and Team Leader at Genisys Financial. In their previous role as Strategic Director at California Regional MLS (CRMLS), Sam was responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the organization. Sam has also served as VP of Government Affairs for Washington Realtors and President of Seattle King County REALTORS. In their current role, Sam is focused on continuing to develop standards that will make it easier for real estate professionals to share data and drive innovation in the industry.
