The customer journey of a customer of any store to purchase goods begins with the cashier. Nowadays, a huge number of stores have two ways of purchase: a traditional way and with a self-checkout terminal (SCO). For faster shopping consumers often use a self-service checkout. All customer interaction with the terminal transmitted through the checkout display and its interface. Meanwhile, the screen displays a pre-installed system from the manufacturer of the SCO or a third-party system, in our case, our Resol [RetailPro S.L.] platform.

Our brand new form of cash service brings direct value to customers, namely convenience, speed of use and anonymity of purchase.

For a retailer, this is an opportunity to increase throughput and enhance customer loyalty through the implementation of such functions as:

 - Automation of the cash register. All key operations, such as calculating the purchase amount, calculating discounts and others will be performed by our platform, which will minimize the impact of the human factor and minimize the time for servicing one customer;

 - User-friendly interface, which will reduce the time for staff training and reduce the risk of erroneous operations;

 - Optimisation of the “cancellation” process. Resol provides the possibility of assigning this action not only to an administrator, but also to a cashier, which will significantly reduce the time for canceling the operation;

 - Cash and Cashless payment. Our platform will provide for payment by bank card by default.

… And the independence of scan and pay for goods in the store without the participation of a cashier.

Our software is a comprehensive, multipurpose and versatile platform, which is suitable for absolutely any vendor.
