Philip Duggleby

Philip Duggleby is a seasoned professional in facilities management, currently serving as the SPV General Manager at Resolis since 2025 and previously with Vercity in a similar role. With over 19 years of experience, they held the position of National Account Manager at Derwent FM, managing key contracts for universities and leading various projects, including a multi-faceted student village. Philip also served as the Head of Residential Accommodation Services at Wiltshire College & University Centre and has extensive experience in both public and private sectors through PFI/PPP schemes. They began their education at the University of Luton, where they studied from 1993 to 1996.
