Resolute Minds is a UK-based Community Interest Company dedicated to improving mental health, supporting recovery, and building resilience within individuals and communities.

Our approach is informed by lived experience and trauma-informed practice. We provide practical, compassionate support to people facing mental health challenges, addiction recovery, and personal adversity through workshops, mentoring, wellbeing programmes, and community-focused initiatives.

By combining lived experience with evidence-based methods, Resolute Minds delivers support that is relatable, empowering, and focused on long-term wellbeing. We work alongside young people, adults, and partner organisations to help individuals regain confidence, develop resilience, and move forward with purpose.

We are committed to creating meaningful, sustainable change, one person, one conversation, and one community at a time.
