Michael Friedl

Michael Friedl has over 30 years of experience in the financial and operational fields. Michael began their career in 1986 as an Audit Senior at Squar Milner, then moved to Arthur Andersen & Co. in 1990 as an Audit Manager. In 1993, they became Corporate Controller at New Media Corporation, followed by CFO roles at Grip Technologies, Inc., V-Systems, Inc., MindArrow Systems, Inc., and Crestwood Pacific Group. In 2003, they joined eEye Digital Security as Vice President of Finance & Operations, and in 2009 they co-founded Resolution Biomedical, Inc., where they served as CFO from July 2009 - June 2010, COO & CFO from June 2010 - March 2011, and CEO since March 2011.

Michael Friedl obtained their BBA in Accounting and Finance from Kent State University between 1981 and 1985. Michael then obtained their Certified Public Accountant (inactive) from the California State Board of Accountancy in May of 1990, followed by their Certified Management Accountant (inactive) from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in 1989, and finally their Certified Public Accountant (inactive) from the Accountancy Board Of Ohio in November of 1988.
