G. Kevin Locklear

G. Kevin Locklear, PhD, is a Senior Advisor specializing in Native Affairs and Cultural Heritage at Resolution Copper, with extensive experience advising various governmental and educational entities on policies affecting tribal peoples. Since the early 1990s, Locklear has contributed to the advancement of tribal communities through roles in education and project management across multiple regions, including the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, and beyond. Locklear holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education from the University of California at Davis and has earned multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in American Indian Studies from the University of Arizona.
