Joel King is currently the Head of Modeling at Resolution Life, a position held since 2021. They previously served as Vice President and Managing Actuary at Voya Financial from 2008 to 2021, and as Vice President & Life Chief Actuary at Harleysville Insurance from 2006 to 2008. Joel has also coached volleyball at Infinity Volleyball Academy from 2009 to 2022 and at Central Bucks School District from 2010 to 2023. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Math with a focus on Actuarial Science from Penn State University in 1990. Joel began their actuarial career as an Actuarial Student at Penn Mutual from 1990 to 1996.
