Kevin Socha has extensive experience in the financial services industry, particularly in actuarial and finance roles. At Voya Financial, Kevin held various senior positions, including AVP, Senior Finance Business Partner for Annuities and Individual Life, and Head of Annuities Valuation. Kevin served as National President of Phi Mu Delta Fraternity until May 2018. Currently, Kevin is the Head of Enterprise Innovation and Chief Data Officer at Resolution Life, a position held since January 2021. Prior to this, Kevin worked at ING for over a decade, progressing from Actuarial Associate in Annuity Product Development to roles such as Sr. Actuarial Associate and Vice President, managing teams and leading projects that contributed to product development and enhancements. Kevin earned a degree from Lycoming College, studying from 2001 to 2005.
