Marissa McDevitt

Marissa McDevitt is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in global recruitment strategy. They began their career as a Sr. Recruiter at Numeric Recruiting and Staffing and eventually held key roles at companies such as Hitachi Consulting, Accenture, and RSM US LLP, where they led recruitment efforts in technology and management consulting. Most recently, Marissa served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Resolution Life and is currently a Director of Talent Acquisition in the United States. With a BS in Education from Temple University, they have demonstrated a strong ability to manage the full recruiting process and build client relationships throughout their career.
