Mithun Pathak

Mithun Pathak, FIA, is a results-driven actuary with over 16 years of experience in both traditional and non-traditional actuarial functions, focusing on cash flow testing, principle-based reserving, reinsurance, and financial modeling. Previously a Senior Actuarial Analyst at Aon and a Director and Actuary at Corebridge Financial, Mithun demonstrates strong leadership and project management skills, adeptly optimizing processes and providing strategic insights. Mithun holds a Fellow Actuary designation from the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries and earned a B.Sc. Honors in Statistics from Delhi University. Currently, Mithun serves as the Director of Financial Reinsurance at Resolution Life, continuing to impact the (re)insurance industry significantly.
