Simon has been involved with the Resolution M&A team since 2006, responsible for operationally evaluating potential transactions, preparing the transitional arrangements, and then executing the separation and integration programmes.
Before Resolution, Simon specialised in complex IT and business change programmes, particularly in the M&A and transformation space. He has 30+ years of financial service and 20 years of M&A, separation and integration experience.
