Kunlun Tan

Kunlun Tan has extensive work experience in the software development field. Kunlun is currently working at Resolution Bioscience and Agilent Technologies as a Software Development Manager since December 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Promethean as a Senior Software Engineer from June 2018 to November 2021. Before that, they were a Software Engineer at VoiceBox Technologies from March 2013 to June 2018. Kunlun also worked as a Technical QA II (Contractor) at Amazon in January 2013 and as a Software Development Engineer in Test 2 at Microsoft from December 2007 to December 2012. Kunlun Tan started their career as a Software Developer at Navtech, Inc. from May 2006 to September 2007. Kunlun also worked as a Programmer at \u8baf\u4e1a\u91d1\u7f51 (China Online) from 1996 to 1998.

Kunlun Tan attended Xinhui No. 1 Middle School from 1983 to 1992. After completing high school, they went on to study at Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician. Following this, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued a BMath degree in Computer Science and Operations Research at St. Jerome's University. Kunlun continued their education at the University of Waterloo from 2003 to 2006, earning an MMath degree in Combinatorics and Optimization.

In terms of additional certifications, Kunlun Tan completed various courses through LinkedIn. In December 2021, they obtained certifications in Conflict Resolution Foundations and How to Be an Inclusive Leader (getAbstract Summary). In October 2021, they completed a course titled Understanding and Supporting Asian Employees. Most recently, in April 2022, they obtained a certification called Own Your Voice: Improve Presentations and Executive Presence.
