Resolve provides practical coaching, mentoring and consulting support to the owners, leaders and management teams of privately held businesses. We only work with people who are coachable (willing and open to being coached), who recognise that their business challenges are inextricably linked to their psychology, individual and collective, and working relationships.

We enable safe, effective start-up and early stage growth, and organic growth in more mature companies. We support successful turnarounds and responses to adversity, and we coach leaders and teams to achieve transformational change and bold vision, including mergers and acquisitions.

Our highly distinctive approach is called 'employER wellbeing'. Focusing on the performance, personal purpose, mental health and wellbeing of leaders and management teams has a powerful impact on business results and employEE wellbeing. It is also the best (only?) route to sustainable culture change and organisational transformation.

EmployER wellbeing has five components: 1) teaching leaders to self-coach; 2) teaching leaders to coach their direct reports; 3) putting leaders from different companies into peer groups for mutual support; 4) observing the effectiveness of management teams and coaching improvements in individual behaviours to improve them; 5) teaching management team members to coach their direct reports.

We're always happy to have exploratory conversations with no financial commitment up front.
