Mark Armstrong is a retired professional with over thirty years of experience in roading construction, maintenance, operations, and management, primarily in the UK and New Zealand. They held various roles including Project Manager at Downer New Zealand, Senior Engineer at Resolve Group Limited, and Business Improvement Manager at Atkins. Mark’s professional affiliations include membership in the Institution of Professional Engineers NZ, the Institution of Civil Engineers, and the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation. They obtained a Higher National Certificate in Civil Engineering from North East Wales from 1984 to 1988.
