In 2022, we embarked on our AI development journey, creating intelligent helpdesk solutions to boost technician productivity and broaden our service offerings. Our smart dispatcher and ticket knowledge agent are designed to reduce ticket processing by 50% and significantly enhance the organization’s knowledge management capabilities.
