Nirav Shah

Nirav Shah has over 10 years of work experience primarily in the recruitment and staffing industry. Nirav started their career at Rishabh Software Pvt. Ltd. in 2009, where they worked as an HR-Recruiter and Team lead until 2011. Nirav then joined Artech Information Systems as an Executive Staffing professional, where they handled multiple client requirements, performed resume screening and shortlisting, and negotiated salaries. In 2012, they moved to Valtech as a Lead Technical Recruiter, managing recruitment activities, handling a team, and coordinating with clients. Since 2015, they have been working at Resolve Tech Solutions as the Operations and Delivery Head.

Nirav Shah pursued their Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree from Acharya Institute of Management and Science between 2000 and 2004. Subsequently, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in English from Bangalore University from 2007 to 2009.
