Adam Ashley-Cooper's work experience begins in 2003 with Rugby Australia, where they served as a Professional Athlete until 2015. Adam then joined the NSW Waratahs as a Professional Athlete from 2012 to 2015 and returned to Rugby Australia in the same role from 2015 to 2019. From 2017 to 2019, they played for KOBE STEEL LTD as a Professional Athlete. In 2019, they also had a brief tenure with the NSW Waratahs as a Professional Athlete. In 2020, they became a Co-Owner of Backline Wines, a position they held until January 2023. From 2021 to 2023, they served as an Assistant Coach and then a Professional Athlete with LA Giltinis. In 2023, they joined Dime Sports Group as a Director. In the same year, they also started working as a Business Development Manager at Resolve, where they are currently employed.
Adam Ashley-Cooper attended Australian Catholic University from 2002 to 2003, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science.
