Caesar Romero has been working in the professional world since 2011. Caesar started off as a Sports Complex Maintenance at Tabor College. In 2012, they joined the Americorp Member at the Imperial County Office of Education. In 2013, they became the Freshman Football Coach at Central Union High School. In 2014, they worked as a Member Service Representative at First Imperial Credit Union and also as President at Valley Heat. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as a Customer Account Representative at Imperial Irrigation District and is currently an Operations Associate at Resolve. While at First Imperial Credit Union, they were Lead Member Service Representative, directly assisting the Branch Manager with the supervision and performance of the Member Service Representative (Teller) staff and Call Center Representative (CSR). Caesar built and mentored a team of 12 that provided exceptional member service while creating trajectory for future development. Caesar was also awarded Best Customer Service team (2016) and Best Credit Union in the local area the following year (2017).

Caesar Romero attended Tabor College from 2010 to 2012, where they studied Business Administration, Management and Operations. Caesar also obtained a SQL Crash Course certification from CoRise in November 2022.
