David Ninh has a diverse work experience. David began their career in 2012 as an Operations/Sales/Marketing Researcher at City Fresh Foods. In 2014, they moved to City Cheers as a Market Manager and then to Uber as a Growth Manager. In 2019, they became a Senior Client Success Manager at Resolve. At Uber, David created processes and account management tools to stay in close communication with restaurant partners and crafted and redesigned processes to ensure Uber Eats could move quickly and succeed at large scale. David also strategically managed an individual sales pipeline of over 100 accounts in Salesforce and analyzed KPIs for pipeline quality and portfolio performance. David also managed and developed client relationships through the full life-cycle of the account and launched and scaled virtual restaurant concepts into Nor Cal. At City Cheers, they were responsible for market management and at City Fresh Foods, they were responsible for operations, sales, and marketing research.
