Sr. Customer Success Manager at Resolve

Enming Luo has a diverse work experience, beginning with their service in the United States Marine Corps from 2007-2013. During this time, they held the roles of Combat Engineer Officer and Civil Affairs Officer, leading 41 Marines in combat in Afghanistan and directly supervising projects valued at $3M to promote economic development. Enming then held an internship at Belkin in 2013, serving as a Product Management, Data Analytics Intern. In 2014, they were a Product Marketing Intern at Rubicon Project before joining Hazel Analytics, Inc. in 2015 as the Director of Operations. Here, they coordinated day-to-day efforts in software product development, data quality inspections, and product feature enhancements. In 2021, they moved to Acquire as the Customer Success Team Lead, where they owned key customer relationship functions including onboarding, adoption, prioritization of feature development, renewals, and all other aspects of account health. Enming is currently a Sr. Customer Success Manager at Resolve, beginning in 2022.

Enming Luo received a B.A in Enming'story and Political Science from UC San Diego between 2003 and 2007. Enming then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA Anderson School of Management between 2012 and 2014.
