Mita Bedi has a diverse work experience spanning from 2000 to 2013. Mita started their career as a Global Intern at Infosys in 2000 and then worked as a Software Engineer/Consultant at Infosys from 2002 to 2003. Mita then joined ING DIRECT Australia as a Technical Team Lead from 2003 to 2005. After that, they worked as an IT Consultant at Beazley from 2005 to 2006. Mita then joined the Royal Bank of Scotland as a Senior Consultant from 2006 to 2006, where they were responsible for system design and requirements specification. Mita then worked at Rabobank as a Lead Business Analyst from 2007 to 2008. Mita joined IBM as a Managing Consultant - Global Banking Centre of Excellence from 2009 to 2010. Mita Bedi then founded their own company Kolour Kocoon in 2010 and served as CEO and Founder until 2012. Mita then worked at Commonwealth Bank as a Lead Business Analyst from 2012 to 2013. Finally, they co-founded Resonate Solutions in 2013 and currently serves as the CEO & Co-Founder.
Mita Bedi completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from UNSW between 1997 and 2000. Later, in 2008 and 2009, they pursued an MBA at the Indian School of Business, co-signed by Wharton & Kellogg Business School, USA.
