Alex Osterman

Alex Osterman is a seasoned UX Design Manager, currently leading design efforts at Resonate since April 2025, after a tenure in the same role at Convention Data Services from January 2023 to April 2025. At CDS, Alex directed the design practice for a company focused on event registration and trade show solutions, emphasizing strategic leadership and team mentorship. Previous experiences include serving as Design Manager and Product Owner at NextHealth Technologies, enhancing healthcare outcomes through user-centered design, and as UX Product Owner at Spire Digital, overseeing the development of over 60 products. Alex began a freelance career in UX design from 2009 to 2019, contributing to various projects and gaining foundational experience in user experience design as a Design Intern at LearnCore and as a User Experience Designer at Vault Innovation Group. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Design from the University of Iowa.
