Jay Carima, CSP, currently serves as the Global Director of EHS, Security & Facilities at Resonetics since September 2025. Prior to this role, Jay held several positions at Sarepta Therapeutics from January 2017 to September 2025, including Director of Environmental, Health, Safety & Security, where responsibilities encompassed developing and implementing EHS programs across corporate headquarters and multiple R&D locations. Jay's earlier experience includes roles such as Sr. EHS Manager at Anheuser-Busch, Sr HSE Specialist II at Shire, and EHS Engineer II at The Raytheon Company. Jay began a career in EHS as an EHS Coordinator at Velcro Companies. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Safety Studies from Keene State College.
