At Resource Advisory, we help Leadership Teams and Project Teams optimise the way they communicate, relate and coordinate.

We are specialists in helping leaders develop shared ‘language’ and skills to bring about results. We do this by an integrated approach that includes Discovery, Advisory, 1-1 and Team Coaching, Skill Development and Facilitation, shaped to each client’s needs.

Executive Team Transformation
For us, change starts at the top. We are specialists in engaging with Executive Leadership Teams who are in the forming and storming stage, as well as those who need to move from performing to excelling. We find ways to build relationships and confront cordial hypocrisy to build alignment, trust and capability.

High Stakes Facilitation
We are deeply experienced Industry, Board and C-level Facilitators who can stretch to all corners of a business, bringing leaders and teams together for the sake of shared outcomes. We love diagnosing well before we enter any room and are experts in moving from the brief to getting the job done!

Project Team Mobilisation
An African Proverb says, "To go fast, go alone. To go far, go together." If you have a Project that’s just kicking off, we offer a programmatic way of developing the team. We will facilitate agreed Ways of Working, build skills and practices and drive effective communication, workflows through relationships. This is especially the case when bringing two or more JV parties together.

Project Team Turnaround
Not every project goes as you expect. When relationships and communication break down, and time, cost and quality are at stake, we can help. We will diagnose the breakdown and work with your people to turn things around. Our deliberate approach will build capability within the team, enabling them to translate their new ways of working, skills and sensibilities to future Projects, adding value to your business.
