Austin Lester

Austin Lester started their professional career as a Baylor Fitness Staff at Baylor University from March 2013 to November 2013.

Austin then interned as a Project Administration - QA Analyst at GM Financial in June 2014 to August 2014.

From 2015 to 2018, Austin worked as a Senior Consultant at Sogeti, where they served as the technical account manager for a large client account with annual revenue of over $20B. Austin managed a 4-person team and shared responsibility for managing a $1M annual P&L.

In 2018, Austin joined Resource Data as an Account Manager & Project Manager/Sr. Analyst. Austin provided technical expertise and served as a trusted IT services advisor and client relationship manager for a large company with $6B in annual revenue. Austin led a 6-person team and managed a $1M annual P&L.

Austin Lester attended Baylor University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems. In addition to their degree, Austin also holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from GoLeanSixSigma.com, obtained in July 2016, and TMap NEXT® Test Engineer from Sogeti, obtained in November 2015.
