For many companies the hiring process becomes a complicated, lengthy and sometimes painful process. Resource Europe believe this does not have to be the case. Recruitment should not be rocket science, it should be simple, and although a cliche, KIS (Keep it simple) really does work.

The market has changed and hiring has changed. Candidates are much more mobile and communicate in different ways. The old days of candidates only working on their doorstep and responding to ads on just one job board are gone. Candidates are much more market savvy, technically aware and often happy to be flexible in terms of type of employment , role and location. Therefore in order to identify, contact and ultimately hire those candidates the prospective employer AND the agencies they use also need to be flexible and to utilise the latest methods of sourcing the very best candidates.

Resource Europe believe in taking away your pain as a client. We don't dictate how we work or how you should hire, although we will advise on what we believe is the best course of action. We are not a huge company and don't have hundreds of clients. Therefore YOUR business, YOUR role and ultimately YOUR satisfaction are critical for us. When you give us a role to work on we will treat it as gold dust and if we can't give it our full attention and don't have high expectations of filling the position then we won't work on it.
