Katie Wang

Katie (Catherine) Wang is currently the Chapter Organizing and Leadership Development Director at Resource Generation, where they lead a team of regional organizers to empower young people in efforts toward wealth redistribution. Previously, they served as Event Coordinator at the Garment Worker Center and held various roles such as Program Director and Program Manager at the Asian Business Association, Los Angeles. Katie has a Master’s degree in Asian American Studies from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree from Scripps College, where they honed their commitment to social justice and community organizing. Their experience includes research, event planning, and extensive leadership in supporting marginalized communities.
