Devlin Riggs is an experienced marketing and program management professional with a robust background in energy efficiency programs and strategic marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Resource Innovations since September 2021, Devlin previously held roles including Senior Marketing Manager at TRC Companies, Inc., and Marketing Manager at Lockheed Martin, where key responsibilities included leading marketing strategy development and execution.
