Ryan Jacoby

Ryan Jacoby is an experienced professional in strategic partnership management and program administration, currently serving as the Strategic Partnerships Manager at Resource Innovations since July 2024. Previously, Ryan held key roles at the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, including Principal Program Manager, where significant achievements included developing a $250 million business plan for energy efficiency programs and establishing California's first renewable natural gas program. Ryan's career also included positions at the Association of Bay Area Governments as an Energy Programs Coordinator and at Appel & Associates as a Bookkeeper.
