Dean Ringle, P.E., P.S. is an accomplished Ohio Professional Engineer and Ohio Professional Surveyor with extensive experience in engineering and surveying. They have served as Executive Director for the County Engineers Association of Ohio from 2017 to 2024 and held the role of Franklin County Engineer from 2000 to 2017, being elected five times. Additionally, Dean has contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at The Ohio State University College of Engineering from 1995 to 2019, teaching various subjects related to engineering and surveying. Currently, Dean is a Senior Engineering Advisor at Resource International, Inc. and is pursuing Bachelor of Science degrees in both Surveying and Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University.
