Michael Patrick

Michael Patrick is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, coaching, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Permanent Sub at The Westminster Schools and as a Recruiter for Resource Options, Inc., Michael also held significant roles at USNA Prep, where responsibilities included serving as Offensive Coordinator and Associate Athletic Director, leading practice sessions, developing game strategies, and supporting academic goals for student-athletes. Previous experience includes teaching special education math at Forest Park High School, acting as a U.S. Coast Guard Liaison, and coaching positions at USNA Prep and Harding University. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Business Administration from Harding University and Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Science from Lenoir-Rhyne University and the United States Naval Academy, respectively.
