Gen Chen

Gen Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and trade management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operations at ReSource Pro since July 2019, Gen oversees three service delivery departments comprising 250 subordinates. Previously, Gen held various roles at Maersk Line from July 2007 to December 2018, including Trade and Marketing Manager, where accountability for trade performance management spanned China exports to the West Africa market. Gen's career at Maersk also included positions in vessel operations and a comprehensive graduate program. Gen earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ocean University of China and completed the Maersk Liner Graduate Program in International Trade and Company Management.
