Paul Elder possesses extensive experience in claims management and client experience leadership across multiple organizations. At Paycom, Paul serves as the Client Experience Program Lead and Release Project Management Team Lead since April 2024. Prior to this role, Paul worked at Farmers Insurance from September 2016 to May 2019, holding various positions including Field Claims Manager for Arkansas/Oklahoma, Claims Staff Manager, National Strategy and Process Manager, and National Auto Strategy and Process Lead. Responsibilities included managing claims professionals, developing strategies and key performance indicators, leading cross-functional teams, and driving process improvements. Currently, Paul is also a Senior Operations Consultant at ReSource Pro since September 2024. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics from Oklahoma State University.
