Eric K. has a solid work experience spanning over several years. Eric started their career as an English as a Foreign Language Teacher at Tongji University in 2003. Eric then worked as a Spanish Interpreter at the University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics from 2004 to 2005. In 2005, they joined Mission Housing Development Corporation as an Assistant Project Manager and later became an Asset Manager until 2007. After that, Eric worked at Resources for Community Development, where they held several roles including Director of Asset Management, Director of Finance, Director of Finance and Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer since August 2019.
Eric K. attended UCLA from 1997 to 2001 and obtained Bachelor's degrees in Economics and International Development Studies.

Resources for Community Development (RCD) creates and preserves housing for people with the fewest options, to build community and enrich lives. Since it was founded in 1984, RCD has developed 2,500 homes for low to moderate-income residents in more than 65 communities in the Bay Area region. We have an inclusive model of housing development that ensures that people with special needs are part of our communities. Almost one third of our units are set aside for people with special needs.
