Jay Cober

Jay Cober currently serves as President and COO of Resourcing Edge, where responsibilities include overseeing Payroll, IT, Benefits, Account Management, Risk Management, and Accounting operations for HR outsourcing services catering to small and mid-sized businesses. With a career spanning over three decades, Jay has held significant roles such as Chief Financial Officer at AlphaStaff, managing financial activities for a company with $300 million in revenues, and President/CFO at CPE HR, Inc., the largest privately held PEO in California. Previous positions also include Vice President of Finance at National Staff Network and consultancy work with A. T. Kearney. Jay holds an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.B.A. in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington.
