Chris C.

Chris C. has a diverse professional background, beginning with a Research Assistant role at Washington State University in 2007. In 2008, they took on a Laboratory Assistant role at Exelixis, followed by a Research Assistant role at Oregon State University in 2009. From 2010 to 2019, Chris C. worked at Kashi Clinical Laboratories as a Technical Sales Specialist, where they operated, managed, and marketed the drug screening department that they established during their internship. Chris also assisted a clinical study that successfully validated a new HLA typing system for FDA approval, and performed routine testing, data analysis, and reporting for DNA sequencing-based histocompatibility typing for clinical stem cell transplants. In 2019, Chris C. took on a Postdoctoral Scholar role at Oregon Health and Science University, and is currently serving as the Chief Science Officer at Qnovia, Inc.

Chris C. attended Gonzaga University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology, General. Chris then attended Oregon State University from 2009 to 2010, where they earned a Master of Science in Applied Biotechnology.
