RespiraTech is AI-powered decision intelligence for data centers. We give operators of aging, air-cooled facilities a same-day, board-ready verdict on whether a site can take denser AI hardware, the retrofit path, the cost and payback, and a clear go or no-go.

The trigger is the AI buildout. Today's AI racks run roughly 10x denser and far heavier than legacy data centers were ever designed for, and with the grid backed up for years, the building an operator already owns is suddenly one of their most valuable assets. But the retrofit decision is hard: proving it out the traditional way means a costly, multi-week engineering study, so good upgrades stall and capital defaults to new builds.

RespiraTech replaces that bottleneck. An operator answers a few questions about the facility and gets a verdict in a day instead of a quarter. Think of it as a credit check for your data center: fast, standardized, and decision-grade, with nothing to install.

And the verdict is honest. Sometimes the right answer is "don't retrofit," and we will say so. No hardware, no agenda, just the call.

RespiraTech was built by an operator who lived this problem firsthand: years running cooling systems, brownfield retrofits, and capital-project decisions in heavy industry, plus data-center operations advising. We build for the people who run the buildings.

We are working with a focused set of facilities through managed access as we move into pilots. If you operate or own data center capacity and want to see a live screen, get in touch.
