America’s military and civilian trauma systems — medics and providers, patient movement teams, allied partners, and medical logistics — operate independently and without a unified plans or coordination. 

In mass‑casualty events and large-scale combat operations, these gaps become deadly. Without a unified system across the military and civilian sectors to move, treat, and sustain the wounded, we risk overwhelmed trauma centers, stalled evacuations, and avoidable loss of life, both on the battlefield and at home.
