With a global reading of your ideas, we provide hands-on solutions to your day-to-day challenges seeking to bridge each aspect of your project or business with a sustainable agenda.

OUR APPROACH
At respond we deeply believe in a participative approach matching top-down ideas with bottom-up development. We are taking an inclusive approach to action when working with our clients recognising the importance of taking on board interests and concerns of employees, stakeholders and communities affected within and outside of the organisation.
Only by increasing awareness of the need for action within all stakeholders and along the value chain, can long-term improvement and change be successful and sustainable. Via education, open communication as well as creation and implementation of certain standards and procedures within the organisation conscious decisions can be enforced.

MISSION & VISION
Our mission is to inspire our clients to positively contribute with their business, product, or service to the short- and long-term impacts on people’s, economic, environmental and community well-being.

Our vision is to transform the way people work, interact, and think to guarantee a thriving and sustainable economy whilst caring for our planet & its people.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
We believe that sustainability is a journey which requires responsible behaviour, commitment, and transparency. This behaviour does neither start nor stop with isolated green interventions but has to be intrinsic and reflected in all business processes. Key to success is the engagement with stakeholders and surrounding communities combined with continuous exposure to learning opportunities.

Where a values-based culture is core, everybody can be an agent of change.
